Refund policy


At TomTom, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. Please note the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:

1. No Guarantee On Exchange/Refund/Cancellation Requests:

  • We are unable to cancel your order once it is packed and ready to be shipped.
  • No exchange or refund of your order can be made once it has been shipped out of our warehouse.

2. Damaged Items:

  • If you receive defective items, please email us immediately with clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
  • We will assess the damage and arrange for a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns arising from a delivery order being left at the doorstep for too long will not be accepted. If you choose to have your order delivered to you, please ensure that somebody is present and available to receive the order at your delivery address on your chosen day of delivery.
