- We offer local self-pickup and standard delivery options.

- Our operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM, excluding Public Holidays.
- You may pick up your items on the same day you submit your order as long as you arrive within our operating hours.
- Please note that we will be unable to fulfil order pickups outside of our operating hours.

- You may choose a date of delivery when checking out your order.
- The earliest date of delivery you may select is the next business day.
- Delivery timing is between 9AM-6PM on your selected delivery date.
- Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary due to external factors.
3. Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
4. International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of Singapore.
5. Shipping Charges:
- The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
